	Welcome to the Skills for Life Materials for Embedded Learning Project CD-ROM This CD contains two separate banks of material.


	Food hygiene materials The Food hygiene materials consist of PDF and editable Word� versions of all the materials printed in the Food hygiene Teacher Reference Pack (publication reference: embedded/FO). You can access the menu for these resources by clicking on the [Food hygiene] tab above. A series of other similar CDs contain the equivalent content for the other content settings of the project.


	Interactive practice materials The Interactive practice materials complement the Materials for Embedded Learning and other Skills for Life work. The activities are written to practise rather than teach key aspects of literacy, language and numeracy. The materials are generic: in other words, the content on this CD is identical to the content on the other CDs. You can access the menu for these resources by clicking on the [Interactive practice] tab above.
